Due to the new GPSR policies, shipping to EU Member States and Northern Ireland will be temporarily unavailable. Please know that I am actively navigating the new information as it becomes available to be able to resume shipping to these countries. I am so sorry for the temporary stop. PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 business days, during the holiday season or launches it may take (but highly unlikely) up to 8 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may request to cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase but I will not cancel anything after that period. I will not accept order cancellations for orders over $100 or above. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email me: lulucutters@gmail.com
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product.
If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment.
If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order!
* Please note that by choosing express shipping at checkout relates only to transit times. 100% of shipping charges to you goes directly to USPS or the chosen shipping company. I do not profit whatsoever off of shipping. My processing time will remain the same despite the shipping service chosen!
